Refund and Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we try to be as fair and flexible as possible while respecting the time, preparation, and resources involved in each workshop.

Cancellation up to 72 hours before the workshop: Full Refund
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

The remaining 50% will be issued as a credit, which can be used toward any future workshop.

Cancellation on the day of the workshop, are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Due to the limited number of spots, preparation of materials, and advance planning required, same-day cancellations cannot be accepted.
